I am looking for a financial partner who will buy the properties and provide the repair money for a split of the profits.
I get emails every day from several wholesalers that are offering the properties for 60% or better of the After Repair Value. Some need a lot of repairs. Many need little more than paint and flooring.
I am very experienced in the repair aspect of this business. I will do the repairs and get it sold, and we both make money.
We can typically be in and out of each project in 4-6 months, maybe sooner.
