The scale measures at 24.5"W x 21"D x 22.5"H. The base is made of heavy duty steel while the seat is made of ABS plastic. This is meant to help measure the weight of a baby. The seat is shaped to be more comfortable for the child. It has a weight capacity of up to 130lbs. The seat is missing a knob on one side but, the whole piece still very much usable.
