These stools have black fabric upholstery with a vinyl lined seat. The bases are made of steel. The seats have an adjustable height from 21" to 25". The seats measure at 18"W x 16.25"D while the backs are 16"W x 10"H. They also have floor glides to be safe for the floor. There are knobs to adjust the back height and depth. They are all in really good shape with very minor cosmetic wear to them. Recycled Furniture here in Irving has these and several other types of office chairs to look at.
