The cabinets measure at 15"W x 23.5"D x 21"H. They are made of off-white colored steel. These also have a magnetic blue cloth padding so you can even use them as a seat. These are also on hard plastic casters to help move around. These have two drawers, one for smaller office supplies and one larger so that you can file letter sized files. These can be locked with the included keys. They are going to vary a bit in condition but overall, they are still going to be in pretty good shape with very minimal cosmetic wear.
