The chairs have an overall measurement of 20.75"W x 23"D x 33"H. The seats themselves are 18" deep, 18" tall. This allows these to fit under most standard 28" to 32" tall desks and tables. The chairs have a steel frame while the backs are made of birch wood and the padded seats are upholstered in brown colored cloth fabric. These chairs are in pretty good condition with very minor cosmetic wear to them. You can stack these for easier transportation and storage.
