Pretty hefty waterproof storage container with 2 wheels so you can tip it and move it from place to place like a 2 wheel dolly.
It has an inner diameter of 14", inner height of 52", and the tough plastic walls are 1/8" thick. You lock the top and bottom together by rotating the two metal locks on either side.
