So this is a military heater.It does work, but the heat element Kix off after a couple of minutes and then if you turn it on and back on it Kix on, so I believe it's something to do with the remote thermostat.I'm not positive though you're more than welcome to do your research.These things sell for about fourteen thousand usually through military surplus sales , there are 3 to 4 thousand
