2026 is approaching and now is the time to get started on the health & fitness goals that we’ve been procrastinating on!! Don’t wait to start in the New Year!
With that said, I’m creating a walking group for people who want to drop some weight, get fit, and improve their health. Whether your goal is 5k or 10k steps a day, I want to create a community where people can be held accountable to their health goals.
The group will be virtual with monthly or bi-monthly meetups depending on logistics. We will have bi-weekly / monthly challenges with prizes available for members.
I only want serious people as this will be an active group. You will be required to provide daily check ins. I think this will be a fun project. Reach out if you’ll be interested in something like this. The group will be free for the first 50 people who join.
