Great inversion table for rehabbing any kind of back or hip issues. I got this when I slipped a disk once when I fell on a wet floor and this helped get my spine back in proper alignment when other methods did not.
I am not saying this will work for anyone else - just that it worked for me. Hanging upside down by your ankles relieves all the downward stresses and when you get used to it an "fully" relax your back muscles you can literally feel your vertebra get back into alignment. Once I felt a vertebrae 'snap' back into place. I was kindda different because mere stretching and whatnot never resulted in anything 'snapping back into place.'
Anyway, this model is the heavy duty version so it is good for all weight/height persons and has the arm guides on the side so you are completely and 100% in control at all times when you go from being parallel to the floor to inverted. First couple of times takes getting used to but then its - hop on and swing back and upside down for 5 minutes once or twice a day for a week and its like you have a new back.
Other models do not have the heavy steel construction and side arms for control. This is a deluxe model and with all the adjustments does not hurt the ankles even when inverted.
