Growing up-scale optometric practice is seeking top performing candidates for a Front Office Administrator.

We are seeking an experienced individual with outstanding customer service with a genuine interest in helping people. You must be a multi-tasker, fast learner, have strong communication skills, exceptional phone etiquette and able to work in a fast paced environment. The right fit for our practice is someone who is enthusiastic to learn and share ideas, articulate on the phone, dependable, reliable, has a great commitment level and able to build rapport with patients. We are looking for candidates that have a desire to always go above and beyond patients' expectations and deliver platinum levels of service!

Job Responsibilities Include:
-answering phone calls
-data entry, faxing, filing and scanning documents.
-obtaining vision insurance authorizations
-verifying medical insurance benefits
-filing insurance claims
-scheduling appointments
-communicating insurance benefits to patients
-processing payments
-dispensing contact lenses
-placing contact lens orders
-receiving/ distributing mail and deliveries
-various clinical duties
-opening/ closing administrative office
