Assist with mobilization and demobilization of the jobsite, including setup, breakdown, staging, and cleanup.
Support electricians and operating engineers with the placement of underground utilities.
Perform concrete work, including pours and form work.
Complete general labor tasks such as shoveling, trenching, grading, cribbing, lifting, carrying heavy materials, and loading or unloading trucks.
Backfill trenches and pits, hand dig, and use shovels as needed.
Operate tools and company vehicles carefully and maintain them in good condition.
Assist crew members, equipment operators, and other skilled trades when needed.
Perform other job-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Follow all safety procedures and help maintain a safe jobsite for the entire team.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of general labor experience in the construction industry.
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on the job.
Ability to build positive working relationships with team members at all levels.
Critical thinking skills and willingness to learn, improve, and take on new challenges.
Strong work ethic and ability to put in extra effort when needed to meet deadlines.
Commitment to safety and following job site protocols at all times.
