Our Client in Dallas is looking to add a Bi-Lingual Quality Control Candidate to the TEAM!!!
English & Spanish
1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00am–3:30pm, with overtime and weekend work as needed.
Pay: $18.00 - Weekly Pay - Every Thursday
Job Summary: This role supports the inspection and testing of products to ensure all quality standards and specifications are met within our manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform inspections and testing using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and product specifications
• Review drawings, documents, and technical specifications
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Work cross-functionally with production, supervisors, and QA management
• Complete reports and documentation as assigned
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED (technical background preferred)
• At least 6 months of inspection or production experience
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and standards
• Basic PC skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel)
• Good math and communication skills
• Able to work overtime and Saturdays when required
• Detail-oriented, organized, and team-focused
