You must complete each assignment on time, follow instructions exactly, and meet investor/bank/client standards on every job. Communicate clearly, submit updates promptly, and ensure your work passes inspection the first time.
Payment Structure:
We release payments weekly.
We do not issue advance payments under any circumstances, so you must fund and complete your work to be eligible to get payment.
The price is all inclusive. No separate payment for labor, materials, equipment etc. But we periodically give incentives to the good performers.
