Duties:
• Prepare units to move-in ready condition
• Performs various community maintenance functions
• Responds to resident service requests and issues
• Maintain activity log
• Reports any maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager
Requirements:
• Assist with on-call responsibilities
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• HVAC certification is a HUGE PLUS
