Element Moving and Storage, a highly-rated moving and storage company in Dallas, TX, is expanding its specialty services division. We’re seeking a skilled Woodworker, or Handyman to join our team.
As a Woodworker, or Handyman at Element Moving and Storage, you’ll be responsible for building custom crates, performing installation work, and assisting clients in settling into their new homes after a move, in addition to your regular job as a mover. Your compensation will range from $20 to $35 per hour, depending on your experience, plus bonuses.

PAY:
• $20-$35+ per hour depending on experience
• Performance bonuses available
• Full-time and part-time positions available

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Custom Crating & Woodworking
• Build custom wooden crates for artwork, antiques, electronics, and fragile items
• Construct shipping and storage crates
• Repair and modify existing crates
• Operate woodworking tools safely and efficiently
Installation & Handyman Services
• Hang artwork, mirrors, TVs, and wall décor
• Assemble furniture
• Mount shelving and organizational systems
• Install curtain rods and window treatments
• Move and position heavy furniture
• Perform minor home repairs and touch-ups
• Assist with designer receiving and white-glove delivery projects
REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in carpentry, woodworking, handyman services, furniture installation, or a related trade
• Ability to use power tools and woodworking equipment safely
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional appearance and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy items
• Reliable transportation to our warehouse
