We are opening dozens of new spots at our logistics hubs in Dallas and surrounding areas. Cargo volumes are skyrocketing, and we are critically short of staff. We are looking for energetic, reliable people who are ready to work in a fast‑paced environment. Every motivated individual who wants to earn a solid, steady income is welcome.
What we offer:
Above market pay - we consciously pay $3-5 per hour more than the local average rates.
Flexible schedules - choose what suits you best: 5/2, 6/1, or even 7/0 (no days off, with premium pay).
Shift length - 6, 8, 10, or 12 hours - your choice.
Bonuses & incentives - for night shifts, weekend work, overtime, as well as monthly performance and quality bonuses.
Part‑time / side gig - if you only need a few shifts per week, we can arrange a flexible arrangement.

The exact rate within the range depends on experience, shift (day/night), and interview results.
Bonus package:
Night shift differential (10 PM - 6 AM) - +$2/hr.
Weekend work (if you are on 5/2 or 6/1 schedule) - +$3/hr on top of your base rate.
Welcome bonus - $300 after your first month.
Choose your schedule and shift length:
5/2 - five working days, two days off (standard week).
6/1 - six days on, one day off (for those who want to earn more).
7/0 - work every day (each day gets an extra $3/hr for all hours worked).
Shift duration: 6, 8, 10, or 12 hours - tell us your preference during onboarding, and we’ll match you accordingly.
Part-time / side work:
If full-time isn’t your goal right now, we offer flexible shifts - you can work 2-3 days a week or only evening hours. Great for students, parents, or anyone juggling multiple jobs.
