Seeking Reliable, Dependable Worker: Handyman, General Labor - Greater DFW Area
Are you a skilled, dependable worker looking for well-paying daily work in and around Dallas? If so- we are looking for someone to join our team starting today! ALL MATERIALS PROVIDED
Available Position Entails Residential Make-Ready:
* Skilled Labor: Door framing/casing/hanging, drywall, flooring, windows, painting, etc. (Will also be assisting with Home Depot PO shopping for job supplies)
* Handyman: Broad range of repair and maintenance for residential rental properties.
* Cleaning: Basic spruce cleaning, trash out at some job sites.
Compensation & Requirements:
* Pay: $18.75 - $22 per hour
* Payment: $150 guaranteed per day (for a full day's work) to start, then increase in daily rate will be discussed based on skill/performance after 30 days. Payment is issued at the completion of the daily work.
Must Haves/ REQUIRED:
* You must own your own reliable transportation to get to several different job sites throughout Dallas and surrounding areas (Ft Worth, Waco, Plano, Mesquite, Waxahachie, etc.). Pick up truck or SUV. This job may require you to work at multiple locations/ supply runs in a single day- just having a ride from someone will not be feasible to the needs of this position.
* You must own your own set of basic tools
* Dependability, drive, self-motivating, and a good work ethic.
