We are an established and growing third-party logistics (3PL) company operating a high-volume distribution center in the Dallas area. We specialize in time-critical logistics and operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to meet our clients' demanding supply chain needs.
With more than 15 years of experience, we have warehouse locations throughout Texas, including Austin, Corpus Christi, Houston, San Antonio, and Weslaco.
We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Dallas. This position supports a high-volume shipping operation, processing more than 230 customer orders per day. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Pull boxes from racking to fulfill orders.
• Put boxes away accurately and neatly.
• Physically and systemically move bin locations.
• Shrink-wrap and band palletized shipments.
• Perform cycle counts as needed to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Reliable personal transportation is required. Mass transit is not suitable transportation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical duties associated with warehouse work.
• Experience with forklift & pallet jack is a plus. We will train.
Shift
• Monday – Friday, 10:00 – 18:30
• 30-Minute Lunch Break
• Overtime will be required on weekends as necessary.
Compensation & Benefits
This position begins as a 1099 Independent Contractor at $17.00 per hour for the first 90 days.
Candidates who successfully complete the introductory period and demonstrate the required knowledge, performance, and reliability may be offered a full-time employee position.
Upon conversion to employee status and successful completion of the 90-day probationary period, employees become eligible for:
