Job Title: Warehouse Sorter / Data Entry Clerk
Compensation & Perks
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
Paid Training: You will come in for 1 hour every day between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM for paid hands-on training until you completely master how to build and manage our routing sheets.
Perks: All major holidays off
Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Sorter / Data Entry Clerk for our evening shift. This is primarily a hands-on warehouse labor role with a quick computer data entry task at the very beginning of the night.
Once fully trained, you will spend the first 20 to 35 minutes max on the computer setting up the delivery routes. The rest of the shift is active warehouse work where you will first sort all incoming freight (around 200–400 boxes nightly) and then pull the routes you created. You will be working directly alongside the Shift Supervisor every night as a tight, two-person team.
Shift Workflow & Key Responsibilities
Computer Routing (First 20–35 Mins Max): Log into the computer at 6:00 PM to check emails, use basic Excel, and generate the nightly delivery routes.
Freight Sorting (Next Step): Move to the warehouse floor to sort the 200–400 incoming boxes by matching the numbers and letters on the shipping labels.
Route Pulling (Final Step): Once all freight is sorted, work with the supervisor to pull and stage the specific routes you created on the computer.
Shift & Schedule
Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Break: 30-minute lunch break
Note: During your initial training period, you will also come in from 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM for your paid training.
Position Requirements
⚠️ STRICT COMPUTER REQUIREMENT: You must possess comfortable, independent computer skills. You must already know how to navigate a desktop, use email, and perform basic Excel functions (data entry, working with basic sheets). Please do not apply if you do not have these basic computer skills.
Reliable Transportation: Must have a dependable way to get to work on time every day for both the daytime training sessions and the nightly shift.
Detail-Oriented: Good eyesight and the ability to quickly and accurately match number and letter sequences on freight labels.
Physical Capability for Warehouse Labor:
Ability to stand and move around the warehouse floor for the bulk of the shift.
Ability to handle small boxes (5 to 18 inches wide) weighing between 5 and 15 lbs.
Note: This is not heavy lifting, but it is a steady volume of about 200–400 total boxes a night split between you and the supervisor.
Reliability: Consistent and punctual attendance for both the 3:00 PM training sessions and the 6:00 PM shift.
Please email your resume and a quick introduction of who you are to the following email.
