Pacesetter Personnel Services is seeking construction cleanup workers for Lancaster, TX.
Monday- Friday from 7 AM- 4 PM (Must be able to work Saturdays)
Pay Rate: $21 an hour
WEEKLY PAY!
Duties:
Perform a thorough cleanup of the construction site.
Manually loading and unloading material.
Weed eating- cutting grass.
Cleaning out trailers
Dispose of waste materials in accordance with safety regulations.
Organize tools and equipment to maintain an orderly workspace.
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to promote a safe working environment.
Any other job-related duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
Must have a valid Driver’s License
Must have an OSHA 10 Certification
Must have all PPE
Bilingual is a plus
Must have construction clean-up experience
Attention to detail: Ability to identify areas requiring cleaning and maintenance.
Physical stamina: The capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving materials.
Time management: Efficiently manage time to complete tasks within designated shifts.
Teamwork: Work collaboratively with on-site team members.
