The Role & Mentorship
You will not be thrown onto a line alone. At Prior, we believe in the transfer of knowledge.
• One-on-One Mentorship: You will begin your journey paired with a experienced Technician. You will learning what goes into the remanufacture and testing of Hydroboost and Vacuum systems through direct, hands-on guidance.
• Precision Work: You will master the art of disassembly, make-ready, component cleaning, and high-tolerance assembly.
• Cleanroom Excellence: You will maintain an organized, professional workspace that reflects the quality of the safety-critical parts we produce.

Compensation & Career Path
• Starting Pay: $15-16 per hour to start, with the ability to advance in 3 months.
• Milestone Reviews: Formal performance and compensation reviews at the 3-month and 6-month marks. As you hit your technical targets and the company hits its growth goals, your pay follows your progress.
