Texas SWPPP Services in Fate, Texas is currently hiring Erosion Control Installation Crew Members & Team Lead. This team will be responsible for installing and maintaining erosion control measures on construction sites requiring protection from soil erosion. The work is physical, outdoors, and in varying weather conditions. Hours will vary depending on site needs and weather. Working days are Monday- Friday (Saturday as needed). Paid weekly each Friday & paid holidays!!
Pay will be determined depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
-Install and maintain various erosion and sediment control measures, such as silt fences, wattles, rock check dams, etc.
-Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE such as hard hats, steel toe boots and safety vests on-site.
-Maintain tools, equipment, and shop cleanliness
-Mobilize and haul equipment on trailers.
-Maintain professional attitude and appearance on jobsites
Experience & Requirements:
-No experience is required for Crew Members. Team Lead must have a minimum of 2 years construction experience.
-18 years or older
-Valid Driver's License & experience hauling large loads (Team Lead Only)
-Transportation to and from work
-Ability to operate construction equipment (e.g., skid steer)(Team Lead Requirement / Crew optional)
-Dependable with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Good communication skills
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
