Faithful Roots Landscaping LLC is looking to add reliable, skilled, and detail-oriented Landscaper to our crew. We service high-end residential and commercial properties across the Rockwall area, maintaining a strict standard of quality, professionalism, and efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Operating commercial-grade equipment safely and efficiently (including zero-turn mowers, stand-on mowers, line trimmers, edgers, and blowers).
Executing clean, precise patterns on lawns and crisp, professional edges on beds.
Performing seasonal landscaping tasks including mulch/rock installation, plant installation, pruning, and property cleanups.
Working efficiently with a tight-knit crew to crush daily routing schedules.
Maintaining a professional, respectful attitude while representing the company on client properties.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional lawn care or landscaping experience is strictly required. You must know the equipment inside and out.
Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to get to our shop/pickup location in Rockwall every day.
License: Must possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (ability to safely tow/back up a trailer is a massive plus).
Legal Status: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
References: Must provide at least 2 professional references from previous landscaping employers.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work long hours outdoors in typical North Texas summer heat.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently throughout the day.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
