This paid position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience overseeing landscape projects, supervising crew members, and delivering exceptional outdoor environments. As a key player in our team, you'll be motivated to grow your expertise in landscaping, drainage, outdoor living, irrigation and garden management. (no mowing). This position does require manual labor. If you are ready to learn. We will teach you. Trained formans are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
-Must have valid State of Texas Drivers License, CDL NOT required.
-Must be insurable for vehicle insurance.
-Must be able to work between Monday through Friday,
-Must be able to work in all weather conditions
-Must have experience driving a truck with a trailer
-Must be able to lift 70-lbs and perform duties that require manual labor
-Have landscape, irrigation, pool or concrete expierence.
-Must speak English
-Must have experience working outdoors
-Must be legally authorized to work in US
Duties
-Pickup and deliver materials as needed.
-Support the coordination of landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring quality standards and safety protocols are met
-As part of training, lead a small crew in daily tasks, providing guidance and encouragement to foster teamwork and productivity
-Maintain equipment and tools regularly to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
-Collaborate with senior staff to learn construction techniques for hardscaping elements such as patios or retaining walls
-Operating equipment (skid steer, excavator, trencher, etc.)
-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and during all operations of the business.
-Must effectively communicate with client(s), team members and be able to read plans/drawings
-This position does require manual labor.

Pay and Benefits
-$23 to $25 per hour based on experience
