Bird seems ok, they were found on an 8th floor balcony and I have them now. They are safe and warm with food and water. I live in Grapevine so that is where the bird is currently. We had lost our cockatiel previously and I thought this bird was my bird but it is not.
Hoping to find the owner. Please spread the word.
