Now Hiring Full-Time Movers (DFW Area) (North Dallas/Plano/Irving/Arlington/Fort Worth)

We run multiple moves daily and offer plenty of hours, tips, and bonuses.
This position is for serious movers only who can perform at a high level without constant direction.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of professional moving experience (non-negotiable)
• Must know how to wrap, protect, and move furniture properly without being told as shown in photos
• Must know how to stack a truck efficiently and safely
• Must move with speed, care, and professionalism
• Must have your own vehicle or a 100% reliable ride to our Arlington meeting location
• Valid ID or driver’s license required
• Must be physically fit, professional, and 100% reliable
• No call/no shows = no future work

Pay (Daily to Start, Then Weekly via Cash App):
Pay is based strictly on verified skill level and performance — not just what you claim.
• Lead Mover: $18.50/hr
(Can lead parts of the job, guide others, and understands proper moving process)
• Professional Mover (PVM): $20/hr
(Runs jobs with minimal input, understands logistics and customer interaction)
• Driver (Lead): $21.50/hr
(Leads crew and drives truck)
• PVM Driver: $24/hr
(Top-level: runs jobs, handles crew, customers, and logistics fully)
All new hires are evaluated on 1–2 real jobs.
You will be brought in at a level based on experience, but must perform at that level immediately.
If performance does not match, pay will be adjusted accordingly:
• Mover: $17/hr
• Trainee: $15/hr
Pay Schedule Details:
• First week: Paid daily
• Daily pay is sent between 8–9 PM or immediately after the last truck returns, whichever happens last
• After your first Monday, you will transition to weekly pay
• Weekly pay is sent every Monday via Cash App
• You must have a valid Cash App account to receive payment
Additional Pay:
• Tips are frequent and go directly to the crew
• Daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses available based on performance, efficiency, and reliability

Jobs are located throughout the DFW metroplex.
If needed, you can meet in Arlington and ride in with the truck — but you must have your own vehicle or a guaranteed, reliable way to get there every day.

• Leaving a job before completion, for any reason, will result in your pay being adjusted to minimum wage.
• If you commit to a full day and do not complete it, your pay will also be adjusted to minimum wage.
