You ever look up at the ceiling while you're in a large building and think "Somebody's gotta clean that, right?"
That somebody makes damn good money.
This isn't just a job. It's a 6-figure business opportunity for those who work well with others, gets things done in a timely manner, cleans up after themselves, and can take a task from start to completion without constant supervision.
WHAT WE DO:
We hold national maintenance contracts with some of the biggest retailers, grocers, and restaurant chains in America. When a Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Costco, or Kroger location needs ceiling cleaning they call us. We need operators on the ground to get it done.
WHAT YOU'D DO:
• Run high dusting, ceiling tile cleaning, and post-construction jobs in your area
• Manage your own crew (1-3 people)
• Complete jobs on schedule
• We handle the contracts, scheduling, and client relationships
• You handle execution
Our crews work nights, typically from 9pm-6am Sunday - Thursday. This is a get in on time, get the work done in a timely manner, get paid, and do it again opportunity for the right person. Tasks include high dust vacuuming, ceiling tile cleaning/replacement, and general commercial cleaning. Some projects call for painting HVAC ducting, post-construction cleaning, pressure washing, etc.
Must be comfortable working in a scissor lift for extended periods of time.
The ideal candidate is -
1. CLEAN CUT AND ON TIME EVERYDAY
2. NOT AFRAID OF HEIGHTS
3. COMPETITIVE AND ATHLETIC (must have strength and endurance)
4. CLEANS UP AFTER THEMSELVES
5. HAS A POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND WORKS WELL WITH OTHERS
6. CAN COMPLETE A TASK LIST INDEPENDENTLY
7. OWN TOOLS AND TRANSPORTATION, VAN OR TRUCK IS NEEDED.
8. WILLING TO GET INSURED IF YOU ARENT ALREADY
We are looking to onboard the right candidates immediately. We’ve got several weeks of work lined up and plenty more after that for those who are a good fit. This can be a huge opportunity for someone who wants to work, make money and even travel the country. We have projects from New York to California, Hawaii, Alaska, and Guam.
