Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our growing manufacturing team in Carrollton. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on assembly experience who takes pride in producing high-quality work in a structured, fast-paced environment.
You will assemble, test, and prepare electronic and mechanical access control and security products for shipment. Precision, consistency, and accountability are critical in this position.

Key Responsibilities
• Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to detailed work instructions
• Perform precise wiring, soldering (if applicable), and mechanical assembly
• Conduct functional testing and quality inspections before final approval
• Identify defects, report inconsistencies, and suggest process improvements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workspace
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining high quality standards
• Assist with packaging and shipping preparation as needed

Qualifications
• 2+ years of electronics or mechanical assembly experience preferred
• Experience repairing laptops, cellphones, or small electronics is a strong plus
• Strong attention to detail with consistent, high-quality workmanship
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
• Excellent attendance and punctuality are mandatory
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
