We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping inventory used in access control and security products. Forklift experience is preferred.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments and materials.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and carts.
• Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to packing lists and shipping standards.
• Maintain proper inventory organization, labeling, and stock rotation.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution.
• Create shipping labels and process outbound shipments via UPS, FedEx, and other carriers.
• Ensure all outgoing orders are packaged securely to prevent shipping damage.
• Keep work areas clean and follow established warehouse safety procedures.
• Meet daily accuracy, quality, and productivity goals.

Requirements and Qualifications
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or order-fulfillment experience preferred.
• Forklift experience required (certification is a plus).
• Experience with shipping software (UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong work ethic with consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform standing, walking, and repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
