1984 Alvarez 5021 Vintage 12-String Acoustic Guitar
Vintage build. Purchased in 1986 but hardly ever played. Had it evaluated by a professional luthier and he said it was in remarkable condition. Truly a beautifully made guitar. Comes with the case. Case has seen better days, but is still in good shape. Willing to trade for a fender thinline telecaster or something of similar value. Willing to sell the case separately as well.
