Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Essential Functions:
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Supports the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Provide information by answering questions and requests
Generate reports
Enter, retrieve, and use data from various customer work tickets (export and import from multiple systems).
Prepare trend reports, progress summaries, etc for customers (Excel and PowerPoint).
Handle multiple projects
Prepare and monitor invoices
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Organize travel arrangements
Book conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels etc.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
Any other related duty as directed by the Branch Manager.
