This is a full-time position for a highly motivated individual who is willing to add value to the client’s experience and assist our team to take projects to the next level. Our company is an award-winning Design Build Company specializing in Luxury Kitchen and Bath design and renovations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: This position has the potential for growth and further development.
1. Assist the CEO/Founder of our company with all daily responsibilities.
2. You are the client ambassador, and you will be the voice the potential and existing client hear when they call Euro Design Build.
3. Respond to all incoming requests for consults.
4. Pre-screen potential clients and schedule initial client screening calls for the salesperson.
5. Manage the office and showroom to always look presentable.
6. Manage new client process throughout the Design Phase and Beyond.
7. Manage all client meetings.
8. Manage company calendar and schedule
9. Assist Design team with product research, obtaining quotes and creating presentations in power point.

10. Manage product orders, accept, and label all incoming orders.
11. Assist the design team with order shipping and receiving.
12. Check-in and label materials
13. Update material order list for each project and print reports for our project leaders.
14. Provide updated order list with anticipated material orders for each project.
15. Marketing – Maintain Houzz.com and Pinterest websites with new photos and articles written by our team.
16. Create Warranty Books at the end of each project.
17. Schedule and Manage staging and photography of specific projects.
18. Request and obtain client reviews.
19. Product and Material research for projects.
20. Assist designer and assist in creating specification sheets and mood boards
21. Maintain and organize showroom.
22. Assist CEO with Daily Project goals.
