Provide support to owner and staff by effectively handling multiple office task that include but are not limited to scanning, copying, mail outs and answering incoming calls. Under minimal supervision, one must obtain excellent communication skills, must be detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills. Knowledge of various office functions and proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Adobe, Facebook, and LinkedIn. A self-motivator with proven success in problem resolution and decision making with a willingness to learn new skills. Spanish Bilingual preferred, but not mandatory.
