Our growing Real Estate office is looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented, full-time Transaction Coordinator utilizing superior critical thinking, problem solving, organizational and computer skills. Real Estate experience is a plus but not required. BILINGUAL IS A PLUS but not required. You are the perfect candidate if you:

You must also be highly self-motivated You should be super smart, an organizer, a fast learner, a positive person, and a great communicator able to find creative solutions We are rapidly expanding and evolving so you must be comfortable working at a fast pace and break neck speeds and be able to handle multiple demands at once. You will work in tandem with the Owner and Sales Manager often with multiple demands at once.

Compensation:

SCHEDULE MUST BE FLEXIBLE. THIS IS NOT MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY OR 9-5. YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE WHEN THE BUSINESS NEEDS YOU AND THAT IS NEVER A SET SCHEDULE. WE WORK HARD AND EXPECT YOU TO AS WELL BUT YOU WILL BE REWARDED GREATLY. $100 PER FILE IS JUST THE START OF WHAT WE DO FOR THOSE THAT HELP US GROW AND SCALE THE COMPANY. THERE IS AN UNLIMITED CAPACITY FOR GROWTH HERE!

Responsibilities:
Oversees the entire real estate transaction process, including processing sales and keeping appropriate transaction documentation
Completes all administrative tasks assigned by the manager, agent, client or broker
Work with agents to acquire missing documents
Maintain that offers and counteroffers are approved by seller
Work closely with escrow and the selling agent to retrieve any and all documents needed to close the files
Responsible for the processing of all contracts through closing
Assures that all post-closing disbursements, filing and procedures take place
Communicates with customers, clients, other Agents and service providers throughout the closing process
Responsible for keeping the entire team updated on the progress of all contracts and advises team members when they need to become involved in negotiations or problem resolution
Maintains all vendor and service provider files
Responsible for effective communication with clients to ensure excellent service is delivered from contract to close
Assist entire team with anything needed including running errands, setting up utilities, and more
Build, implement and manage all systems for clients, lead generation, database management and back office support
Coordinate marketing events and client activities
Act as a liaison between clients and Agents
