JOB POSITION:
Inside Sales / Administrative Assistant

ABOUT COMPANY:
We specialize in providing physical security installation and optimization for industrial and commercial companies. Our main services include access control, security cameras and alarm installation.

We are a young company that prides itself on creating a fun and exciting work environment for our employees. As such, we look for employees/interns that fit our culture and get work done with little supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Daily tasks involving multi-day projects
• Managing company’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system – HubSpot.
• Bookkeeping-related tasks, including managing the company's bookkeeping website accounts
• Communicate with outside contractors and project supervisors
• Online content/social media editing, input, and management
• Job/appointment scheduling and data entry
• Customer service
• Develop and maintain a basic knowledge base of the company services
• Other miscellaneous office tasks as needed

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Sales, marketing, and/or customer service experience
• Accounting and/or bookkeeping experience
• Experience with customer relationship management processes or managing a CRM system (HubSpot)
• Experience with online bookkeeping services such as QuickBooks
• Basic graphic design skills/knowledge
• Experience with trade/services-oriented business management

SKILLS:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone presence
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize urgency of duties
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to perform online research and cost-effective ordering
• Attention to detail with time management and decision-making skills
• Self-driven, collaborative, and motivated to excel in achieving individual and team results

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Education: High School diploma
• Language: English

WORK HOURS
• 5 days a week, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
• Days/hours are flexible depending on applicant, but prefer applicant can usually be available during normal business hours.

START DATE:
• ASAP
