Part-Time Office Clerical (Las Colinas)

compensation: Starting at 10.00 to 12.00 per hour depending on experience

Creating and Managing Wealth, LLC is currently accepting applications for a part-time clerical assistant or intern. The position will allow the right candidate to take on many varied tasks, as we are a small firm so being able to multi-task from analytical to creative will be key to their success.

This position is a cross between personal assistant and office assistant. This position can be as little as 10 hours a week or as many as 20 hours depending on the workload and desire of the person. The days each week would need to be set but we are flexible around class schedules or other jobs since this is not a full-time position.

The position requires that you possess the following core competencies:

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage all electronic client filing for the firm
• Run list from CRM system
• Update data in CRM system
• Handle all paper files for the COO
• Handle person projects for the CEO
