What You’ll Do:
📞 Handle inbound & outbound customer calls, texts, and emails
🗓️ Schedule and confirm appointments for our Sales Team
💬 Deliver a friendly, professional, and high-energy customer experience
📊 Accurately log all activity in our CRM
🤝 Act as the first impression of Gulliver Auto Group—every interaction matters
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills (phone, text, email)
Positive attitude and professional phone presence
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume setting
Customer-focused mindset—no pressure, no games
Automotive or call-center experience is a plus (but not required—we train!)
