You must already be a licensed Texas motor vehicle dealer, OR
Actively leasing with the end goal of obtaining your Texas dealer license
AVAILABLE OPTIONS
Option 1:
• 1 Furnished Private Office
• Up to 5 parking/display spaces
• $2,000.00 per month (2 year lease)
Option 2:
• 1 Furnished Private Office
• Up to 10 parking/display spaces
• $3,000.00 per month (2 year lease)
FEES & DEPOSITS
Application Fee:
• $350.00 non-refundable application fee
• Applicant must pass credit and background check
Dealer Location Access Fee:
A one-time Dealer Location Access Fee of $4,000.00 is due upon execution of the agreement. This fee grants the Dealer the limited right to operate from the Property address as an independently licensed Texas motor vehicle dealer, subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

• Not applied toward rent, security deposit, or any other charges
Security Deposit:
• Refundable security deposit equal to 1x, 2x, or 3x the monthly rent
• Final amount determined after application screening
