They both have the same build # ( 056 ) and have no miles ( 0 ) on them.
Every year Cheverolet Performance builds 69 COPO Camaro purpose built race cars. These cars when equipped with the 350 supercharged engine are capable of mid 8 second quarter mile times at 160 mph as delivered.
The 2018 Hot Wheels COPO ( #056 ) is unique because in 2018 out of the 69 cars built only 29 were built as Hot Wheels 50 th Anniversary models with very special graphics and badging. This car was ordered with every option to include all 3 motors offered. 427 in shipping box, 350 supercharged ( installed in car ) and the one year only 302 in shipping box. This combination as ordered makes this car 1 of 1 in the world.
The 2019 COPO Camaro ( #056 ) is the 50th Anniversary of the inception of the COPO Camaro. In 1969 when Fred Gibb circumvented the General Motors regular ordering system and ordered 69 stripped down Camaro’s with 427 engines. He ordered these cars through the COPO ( Central Office Production Order ) system which gave dealers a way to order cars with specific equipment usually used for large fleet orders. This 2019 was ordered with all the special graphics and badging and the 350 supercharged engine.
Both cars are pristine examples of a car that General Motors has never built before ( purpose built race cars ). The come with the complete build documentation of these hand built cars. Every specification and part is documented and come with the cars.
I want to sell the cars as a pair but may separate. This is a once in a lifetime chance for someone to own 2 extremely rare examples of General Motors history. These cars will enhance or make you collection.
