We offer an online, mobile-optimized booking experience catered to those who book their own travel, whether they are traveling for business, pleasure, or both.


Frontdesk LLC, has an immediate opening for a Assistant City Manager in the city of Dallas. In each city where we have rental units, we manage all of the day to day operations for our guests and provide them 24 hour customer service. The assistant city manager is responsible for assisting the City Manager in managing all daily operations and metrics for the city.

Duties include:
Cleaning units as needed

Auditing units on a regular basis for cleanliness and overall condition

Building and managing in-house team of cleaners

Helping to manage inventory of operational supplies

Overseeing upkeep and maintenance for Frontdesk properties

Guest troubleshooting

Various projects as assigned by the city manager

We are a very fast-growing company and need someone that can manage themselves well, is very organized, does not mind getting their hands dirty, can do physical work and can work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. This job requires flexible hours and weekend availability.

Immediate opening. Weekly hours fluctuate, but will generally fall between 20-40 hours per week.
