The firm is currently looking for highly motivated individuals for a business development position. You will work with a team of experienced and talented brokers that will provide mentor-ship and training to allow you every opportunity for growth and success.
The position requires you to develop client relationships with companies in need of commercial real estate services. Your primary tasks will be marketing directly to potential clients by cold-calling, following up by phone and email in order to secure appointments for sales presentation meetings and conference calls. Secondary tasks include market research, sales material preparation and property tour coordination.
