Work Experience
• Currently developing an innovative of next-generation fruit de-seeding machine to streamline agricultural processing efficiency.
• August 2023 to May 2024: designed, manufactured, assembled of 10 De-Seeder Machines for Jamaica
• July 2022 to February 2023: developed, designed, CAD simulated and tested, prototyped and completed of one Sorrel De-Seeder
Machine for Jamaica.
After that successfully executed the design and manufacturing of 10 Sorrel d-seeder machines, each comprising over 90 individual
components. I personally fabricated and assembled all parts from concept to completion, ensuring precision and functionality
throughout the production process.
• 2022: Rounds and Barrels
This initiative originated with a Virginia-based company that initially engaged a specialized engineering firm, investing substantial
resources to address a complex technical challenge. When the first firm was unable to deliver a viable solution, the project was
transferred to a second engineering team, which also encountered insurmountable obstacles
Subsequently, the company approached me to resolve the issue. Within two months, I successfully diagnosed and resolved the core
problem, leading the project to completion. My responsibilities encompassed the full lifecycle of development, including designing,
prototyping, testing, and finalizing a high-pressure compressed air system (operating at 2700 psi) for training handguns. This
involved engineering both the barrel and specialized rounds to meet rigorous performance and safety standards, ultimately delivering
a functional and reliable solution for the client.
• 2021: Developed heat sinks for Ocean leak detection
Spearheaded the development, design, analysis, testing, and prototyping of thermal management systems (heat sinks) for an
underwater robotics project aimed at detecting oil pipeline leaks in oceanic environments. This initiative was conducted in
collaboration with Cameron International (now part of Schlumberger) based in Texas, successfully delivering a functional prototype
that enhanced the robot’s operational efficiency in subsea leak detection
• Spearheaded the invention, design, and manufacturing of a production line comprising 18 distinct machines. The project agreement,
detailing scope and specifications, is outlined below.
The agreement between Abdolreza Sarzaeim (or Dr. Abdolraza Sarzaeim, as noted in some sources) and Continental Controls
Limited (CCL) pertains to a technology transfer collaboration established in Germany. Here are the key details based on the search
results:
• Parties Involved:
• Abdolreza Sarzaeim: A German engineer associated with Ingenieur-Buero Sarzaeim, a firm providing technical expertise.
• Continental Controls Limited: Promoted by Onelife Capital Advisors, CCL specializes in manufacturing Thermal Overload
Protectors and other electrical components.
• Agreement Details:
• Purpose: To set up CCL’s manufacturing facility in Silvassa, India, for producing Thermal Overload Protectors, leveraging
• technical know-how from Sarzaeim’s firm.
• Impact: This collaboration enabled CCL to commence commercial production by marking its entry into the electrical protection
devices market.
• Context:
• The agreement was part of CCL’s foundational strategy to establish itself as a global player in electrical equipment.
• Sarzaeim’s expertise likely contributed to CCL’s early product development, including certifications like the UL mark for quality
and safety standards.
• Post-Agreement Developments:
• CCL diversified into software development and later underwent mergers and demergers, such as amalgamating with Continental
Softech Ltd.
• Despite these changes, the company’s core focus remains on electrical protection devices, as reflected in its current product range.
• I conceptualized, designed, and engineered a specialized density meter capable of accurately measuring fluid density under extreme
• high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.
