Self Storage company seeks self-motivated, energetic part time Assistant Store Manager for 28 hrs a week.
Assistant manager position requires excellent phone sales and customer service skills with ability to multitask, pay close attention to detail, have general computer skills, a very strong work ethic and work well with others. Work experience required : office, retail, storage or restaurant preferred.
Responsibilities and duties include: stores sales, customer service, collections, safety, security and general light maintenance of the facility; run optimum income and occupancy levels by effectively utilizing management approved promotions to rent units; provide outstanding customer service; including assessing and resolving customer issues and complaints; professionally handle telephone and walk in inquiries; visually inspect the property daily; observe and respond to situations and effectively communicate with management and staff; keep delinquencies at or below company standards; maintain company reporting and assist in auction preparation; keep grounds neat and clean; and communicate properly and timely to all management and staff
Candidate must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
