I need to transport a car (on a car dolly) from Texas to Oregon, so there is a possibility that I will be renting a 10' U-Haul truck and driving from Longview, Texas to Portland, Oregon (so that I can tow a car on a car dolly) this winter. I'm offering a ride and all the space in the 10' U-Haul truck, I just need to tow the car.
I'm flexible on when this would happen, can stop at sites along the way (or drive straight through), and can do all the driving or split it up with you. The pick-up and drop-off locations are flexible. The car is in Longview, TX, but can pick you and your belongings up (and can even help load the truck) anywhere within range of East Texas, like in Austin, Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, Shreveport, Louisiana, etc.
I'm a responsible adult, with auto insurance, don't smoke/drugs, and have a clean driving record (Last ticket was in 2001; running a red light).
To be professional, I'd probably have a small contract written up, so that both parties agree on the terms, which can be discussed.
Let me know if you have any questions,
