I'm looking for a trust worthy , professional, mature roommate, to occupy my 2/2 apartment with me here in Addison (North Dallas) possibly by 2/5. I'm looking for a long term, self supportive, working roommate. You pay $1100/month for your portion. You get a fully furnished master bedroom with queen size bed and private bathroom. You provide your own meals or we can cook together sometimes, if you want. I've got an electric grill on my patio, and a charcoal grill near the front entry of my apartment. You get a 50" smart tv in your bedroom, use of a full size washer and dryer, and access to living room and kitchen I work at home daytime hours 9:30am-6:30pm cst during the week, so minimal background noise is required while I'm working.. I have 2 emotional support cats. You definitely must love my 2 cats and be ok with pet hair and not be allergic to my cats!. You must keep your room clean at all times , and help me clean living room and kitchen, and you must alway clean up after yourself as well if needed. I must approve of any guest entering my unit, and no exceptions to this rule! If you have a legal registerd car or motor bike, you must be add it to the lease , and you're car must be legally registered with insurance to park in public paking areas, otherwise,your car will be towed away at your expense of course. And you do have the option of paying $40 a month if you want a reserved assigned covered parking spot for your car. . Apartment insurance, wireless internet, electric, water, sewage, pest control
included, Netflix,Amazon Prime, HBO/Max, all inlcuded! Vaping inside is ok, and inside smoking of cigarettes on patio/outside is ok. You must defitly be LGBTQ friendly. You must be added to my TAA lease at BentTree Park Apartments as an occupant only, and you will also need to pay an application fee diectly to Benttree office, you must be able to pass a criminal back check .
