This is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse that is 2 stories, has a backyard with a shed. This location is equidistant to downtown and DFW airport with 20 minutes of travel by car. The place has furniture, but the bedroom is not furnished but can be for an additional fee. You are welcome to bring whatever furniture that you may have, all of the necessities are present and provided by me like the utilities cost and appliances. Landlord is super chill and is letting me be flexible with who I decide to bring on.

I am an extrovert and looking for like minded chill bros. I work in the tech industry, previously as a software engineer but moved on to something else with management, a nerd at heart but not by nature so. I keep things tidy especially in the common areas and I expect my roommates to do the same as well. I don’t do drugs or smoke anything and dont have pets, I would prefer if my roommates did not either.
