A room will be available for rent in a 3-bedroom home that is fully furnished. The room has a 3-year-old bed, dresser, 34-inch color television and other another small storage chest of drawers and the room has a full-sized closet. The house has all the main amenities and hard wood floors throughout. There is a cat in the house so we cannot accept other pets. The room has Roku on the television. All bills are included in rent. You will have to share a bathroom sometimes. Wi Fi is in the house.
We are looking for an adult but a possible student since we are only 2 miles to SMU. You must be a legal citizen of the United States and be in good standing with the community and no felonies. Sorry but NO smoking or DRUGS. Violation of these rules and you will be asked to move immediately.
Terms are rent is due the 3rd of the month and since the other 2 residents live on social security, it will be totally acceptable as long as you can live within your means. There is a $250 deposit that will be refunded will you leave on good terms. We are looking for a long term renter. We have been in the house for 5 years and this place has the greatest neighbors. If this posting is still up, then the room is available.
