I’m subletting a bedroom in my two-bedroom corner unit in Bushwick, one block from the Jefferson L. Rent is $700/month. Utilities are not included, but we would split it. It is on the 3rd floor (2 flights) with no elevator. It is available immediately.

About the private space
Your bedroom would be the corner bedroom, so it has a lot natural light. It is unfurnished, but there is a large mirror and a standing desk in the corner with views of the Manhattan skyline. There is a built-in closet. You will have a door that locks.
About the shared space
The whole apartment (aside from your room) is fully furnished. The kitchen is spacious and well-outfitted, so there is likely little you would need to buy. The living room is similarly set up, with a coffee table and sofa. There’s a dining table for 4, and the bathroom has a shower with great water pressure.
Utilities
In spring and fall, utilities are around $100 per person for both gas and electricity. In winter and summer months, the total is about $200-$250 per person. Internet is $20 per person.
No washer and dryer, but the laundromat is 1 block away.
