Great location Sunnyvale Tx Easy access to highway 635 and 80 Only 20 minutes from downtown Dallas. Private furnished room for rent. Good Internet connection. There is a park and walking trails across the street. The room includes a microwave, fridge and air conditioner. I furnish all bedding and towels.
There is a nice outdoor area with a pool. The deposit is $800 and room rent is $800 a month, utilities are $125, making the total $925.
No smoking in the house. No pets. I do background checks on everyone for the safety of all. Great peaceful place to live!
