Originally purchased after a full frame-off restoration in 2014. Additional upgrades since purchase include: upgraded electrical system, new axle with electric brakes, upgraded "bulldog" hitch, trailer jack, fridge 12v/120v, and a fantastic fan in roof.
All accessories and items in pictures are included (except camp chairs). Also included: portable potty, spare tire with extra baby moon hubcap and tire jack. Sale includes a 5,000btu window air conditioner that can be attached to the camper. Also included is a cover for the camper.
Weight fully loaded is approximately 1,900lbs. Estimated total miles - 10,000, with about 5,000 on the tires. Roof is metal and sealed with elastic paint with last paint job done spring 2025.
Trailer was last appraised in 2020 at $18,200. Since 2020, the trailer has had some water damage which has been repaired. Video documentation of repairs is available. No known leaks at this time.
This is a great little trailer from the the classic "canned ham" era and it definitely turns heads. Only selling because we no longer have a tow vehicle that is capable of pulling the camper in the mountains.
